Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support elementary and middle school students in a school-based setting near Dayton, Ohio. This full-time leave coverage position starts ASAP and runs through the end of November.

You will assess student needs, develop individualized intervention plans, collaborate with teachers and families, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in Ohio
• ODE certification
• Experience in school-based settings is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage elementary and middle school caseload

Responsibilities

• Assess and address students’ functional needs within the educational environment
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students’ participation in school activities
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation; participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support
• Adapt strategies and tools to best serve each unique student population
