Job summary

Soliant is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join an elementary school program. This full‑time role starts ASAP and runs through December 23, with the option to add two part‑time therapists for a shared schedule. The position is Monday through Friday, with flexibility for a two-person team.

You will deliver school‑based OT services, develop IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and families, document progress, and travel between three sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Experience in school-based OT is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a school team.
• Organizational skills for managing a multi-site caseload.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic OT services to elementary students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support progress.
• Document session outcomes and progress reports promptly.
• Travel between three school sites as needed.
• Create a supportive, engaging environment tailored to each student’s needs.
