Job summary

Soliant Health in Indiana is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time contract serving elementary students. The assignment runs August 10, 2026, to May 28, 2027, with on-site responsibilities in a dynamic school environment.

You will assess students, develop individualized plans to support curriculum access, provide direct therapy, and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to track progress and document IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure, in Indiana.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to tailor strategies and interventions to student-specific needs.
• Comfortable working onsite in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ functional needs within the school setting.
• Develop and implement individualized plans that support access to curriculum and full participation in classroom activities.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, adapting activities to each child’s developmental stage and abilities.
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Participate in IEP meetings, preparing thorough documentation and progress reports.
• Offer guidance and resources to school staff regarding strategies and tools that can aid student success.
