Job summary

Ogle School seeks an Assistant School Director to support daily educational and operational tasks, ensuring a positive environment for students and staff. You will work with campus leadership to drive student success and school performance, while upholding mission, policies, and regulatory requirements.

You will mentor staff, assist in admissions, and oversee facilities, inventory, and operations to meet accreditation and state standards, including evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Master Cosmetology or Esthetics license and an instructor license in accordance with Georgia requirements.
• Experience in school operations, education, student services, or related environment.
• Leadership/administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and manage performance.
• Ability to interpret organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day educational and operational functions to ensure a positive environment for students and staff.
• Assist campus leadership to drive student success and school results.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, and staff performance.
• Manage inventory and procurement of dispensary and retail supplies.
• Facilitate admissions processes under VP of Admissions direction.
• Maintain accreditation standards and regulatory compliance.
