Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in childcare or education.
• 2 years of licensed childcare/early childhood setting experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Meets all applicable state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of early childhood educators.
• Partner with the School Director on day-to-day operations.
• Drive enrollment, team performance, and school success.
• Build relationships with families, teachers and leadership.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and staff development.
• Ensure a high-quality educational experience and licensing compliance.
