Job summary

Pinnacles Prep seeks a Director of Operations to lead all non-instructional school functions, including facilities, IT, transportation, meals, safety, and compliance. The DOO designs and refines systems to anticipate school needs and supports a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational systems, finance, and team management, thriving in a collaborative, start-up like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in administration or business is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing school operations or similar environment.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Experience with procurement, facilities, IT, and transportation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the non-instructional school functions including facilities, IT, transportation, meals, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and back-office relationships.
• Develop and refine operational systems to support teachers and students.
• Collaborate with CEO and Leadership Team to execute school-wide plans.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve high performance.
