Job summary

Ogle School seeks an Assistant School Director to support day-to-day operations and education, ensuring a positive environment for students and staff while upholding the school's mission and regulatory standards.

You will partner with campus leadership to drive student success, staff performance, and overall school results, including recruitment, policy adherence, and licensing compliance. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Master Cosmetology or Esthetics license and an instructor license in accordance with Georgia requirements.
• Experience in school operations, education, student services, or a related environment.
• Leadership, supervisory, or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop team members and manage performance.
• Experience using performance metrics to drive results.
• Ability to interpret and apply organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day educational and operational functions.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to support student success and team performance.
• Recruit and hire staff to maintain company standards.
• Mentor and assess instructional and support staff.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of dispensary and retail supplies.
• Facilitate admissions processes under guidance of VP of Admissions.
• Engage in company events and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Communicate procedures, policies, and information clearly to stakeholders.
