Job summary

KIPP Massachusetts is seeking an Operations Manager for the Greater Boston area to ensure school operations run smoothly supporting students, families and staff.

Reporting to the Director of School Operations, this role leads budgeting, logistics, and facilities coordination across the Lynn/Boston campuses, fostering a joyful, rigorous and inclusive learning environment with a focus on equity and high-impact systems.

Qualifications

• Deep alignment with KIPP MA’s mission and values.
• Drive student growth and achievement in a learning environment.
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Suite of Applications.
• Excel formula experience is a requirement.
• Multilingual is strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage year-long and short-term strategic projects around the school.
• Lead school-wide logistics: tests, transportation, calendar, events.
• Support budget and purchases; manage receipts and expenditures.
• Lead and develop direct reports; oversee staff performance processes.
• Ensure certifications, permits, and compliance are up-to-date.
