Job summary

KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School is hiring an Operations Manager to support budgeting, organization, and logistics for the school community. Reporting to the Director of School Operations, you will help create a professional and authentic environment that enables teachers to deliver high-quality instruction.

The role emphasizes strategic projects, district-wide coordination, and leadership of the Nutrition and Front Desk teams, with a focus on fostering a joyful, student-centered school culture.

Qualifications

• Excel formula experience is a requirement.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience (strongly preferred).
• Pass Criminal Background Checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage year-long and short term strategic projects around the school.
• Engage in, and manage projects from beginning to end with little initial direction.
• Manage the staff and day to day of our Nutrition Team.
• Lead weekly one-on-one meetings with all direct reports.
• Develop professional development plan for all direct reports.
• Manage the budget and school-wide operations.
