KIPP Cordova Collegiate Elementary (KCCE) in Cordova, TN, seeks an Office Manager to help establish administrative systems before opening and to welcome families during the pre-opening phase.

After opening, the role becomes the hub of the front office, handling enrollment, attendance, family communication, purchasing support, and vendor coordination while representing KCCE with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; or an Associate's degree with 2 years of administrative experience.
• Excellent customer service and friendly demeanor.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish administrative systems and welcoming culture before opening.
• Recruit and enroll students; communicate with prospective families.
• Coordinate recruitment events and community outreach.
• Manage front office operations: enrollment, attendance, records, purchasing, and vendor communications.
• Serve as frontline contact for families, visitors, and vendors.
