Job summary

KIPP Memphis in Cordova, TN is seeking an Office Manager to help establish administrative systems, family experience, and a welcoming culture at KIPP Cordova Collegiate Elementary before opening. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; or Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience.
• One year of administrative experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; quick learner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite for Education.
• Experience with PowerSchool.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, professional, clean, and neat office environment.
• Collect, maintain, and store all student records per policies.
• Answer phone, reply to emails, sort mail, and handle main office communications.
• Reach out to families for various reasons including absences.
• Support student recruitment and enrollment efforts and outreach.
• Collect and report attendance records daily.
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and maintenance of supplies.
• Assist with processing invoices and credit card summaries.
• Work with students directly, including occasional supervision duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
