Amergis Healthcare Staffing is hiring a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract - full-time position in Xenia, Ohio. The OT will perform student evaluations, develop and provide therapy services, and document services per each student’s plan of care.

Minimum requirements include active OT licensure in the state, CPR where applicable, and compliance with all regulations. The role offers 40 hours per week, at a pay rate of $44 per hour, with benefits and a focus on school-based therapy

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice.
• One year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
