Amergis is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist for a school-based setting in Kettering, OH. This contract-fulltime role requires evaluating students, planning and delivering therapy, and documenting care per each plan.

The position is on-site in Kettering with a 37.5-hour work week and compensation at $45 per hour. Eligibility includes current OT licensure in the state, CPR as applicable, and health documentation.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• CPR certification current if applicable.
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable; health certificate required.
