Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel assignment in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on evaluating students, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting care per each student’s plan.

The position requires current AZ OT licensure, CPR, and compliance with professional standards. Travel + 40-hour weeks. Competitive benefits offered by Amergis.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• One year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Complies with relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulations.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible forperforming student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, anddocumenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for eachstudent.

Minimum Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the Stateof practice
