Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel assignment in Kent, WA. The OT will evaluate students, design and deliver therapy, and document care per each plan of care.

Current OT licensure in the state and at least 18 years of age are required; CPR and health documentation may be required. The position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits through Amergis.

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice.
• 1 year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.
