Job summary

Amergis is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract full-time role in Unity, Maine. The OT will evaluate students, develop and provide therapy services, and document progress in alignment with each student’s plan of care. Position requires state OT licensure and may require CPR, TB screen, and health certification.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible forperforming student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, anddocumenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for eachstudent.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the Stateof practice
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapyexperience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
