TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and support students in a school setting in Easton, MD.

This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys working with children, building meaningful relationships, and providing the individualized health support students need to safely and successfully participate in their school day.

What You’ll Do

As a School Nurse, you will work collaboratively with students, families, educators, and other members of the educational team to provide comprehensive student health services. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing direct nursing care and health services to students throughout the school day
• Assessing student health needs and responding to illnesses, injuries, and medical concerns
• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and school policies
• Developing and implementing individualized healthcare plans for students with medical needs
• Monitoring students with chronic health conditions and communicating changes as appropriate
• Supporting students with specialized medical procedures and healthcare needs
• Maintaining accurate and confidential health records and documentation
• Collaborating with families, teachers, administrators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Providing health education and guidance to students and school staff as appropriate
• Following all school health, safety, emergency, and TSP Ed Co policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license appropriate for practice in Maryland
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
• School nursing and/or pediatric experience is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively to student health and medical needs
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting student well-being
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams
• Ability to meet all applicable school, licensing, and employment requirements
