Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is hiring School Nurses for the 2026–2027 school year to provide direct 1:1 student care, including trach/vent support, medication administration, and health monitoring.

The role requires an active RN license in WA, CSN/BSN preferred, CPR/First Aid, and pediatric or school experience. This on-site position offers full-time hours and collaboration with school staff.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where services will be provided.
• BSN preferred.
• School Nurse Services Credential where required.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic health conditions.
• Monitor student health and maintain accurate health records per guidelines.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to develop IHPs and emergency care plans.
• Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings, contributing medical insights.
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school community.
• Ensure compliance with state-mandated screenings and immunization requirements.
• Respond to health emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and FERPA regulations.
• Roles vary by state and district requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic health conditions.


• Monitor student health and maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.


• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) and emergency care plans.


• Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings when needed, contributing medical and health-related insights.


• Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school community.


• Ensure compliance with state-mandated screenings and immunization requirements.


• Respond to health emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where services will be provided.


• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.


• School Nurse Services Credential (where required).


• CPR and First Aid certification.


• Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills.


• Ability to work independently.
