Now Hiring: 1:1 School Nurses (RN) Multiple Openings Available

Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in a child's life? We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide individualized 1:1 nursing support for medically fragile students within school-based settings throughout Massachusetts.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule aligned with school hours.

Schedule & Hours

• Summer School Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• 2026/2027 School Year Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Consistent school-based schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays off

Position Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care to medically fragile students throughout the school day
• Ride the school bus with the student to and from school as part of the nursing assignment when required
• Monitor students' medical conditions, safety, and overall well-being
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed
• Perform G-Tube feedings and other skilled nursing procedures as needed
• Observe and document any changes in student condition
• Maintain accurate and thorough nursing documentation and daily notes
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student success

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN
• Current CPR certification required
• Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience required
• Pediatric, school nursing, special needs, or medically fragile experience preferred
• Strong communication, observational, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while providing compassionate student-centered care
