Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking passionate and dedicated School Nurses to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for School Nurses in a variety of settings.

On-site roles in Olympia, WA, with options that fit full-time or part-time schedules. We are a creative team that supports collaboration with districts, families, and educators.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where services will be provided.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic health conditions.
• Monitor student health and maintain accurate health records and documentation per district/state guidelines.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement IHPs and emergency care plans.
• Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings with medical input when needed.
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school community.
• Ensure compliance with state-mandated screenings and immunization requirements.
• Respond to health emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and FERPA regulations.
• Other state/district-specific duties may apply.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where services will be provided.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• School Nurse Services Credential (where required).
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently.
