Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN in the Chicago area for a direct hire, permanent position.

You will work alongside an experienced RN and fellow LPNs to support the health needs of students with primarily low acuity needs. You will provide basic first aid, administer medications, maintain confidential health records, and help with immunization tracking in a collaborative school health office.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or LVN licensure in Illinois.
• School or pediatric experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to adapt and learn within a school health environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid and routine care during the school day.
• Assist with daily student health needs within nursing scope of practice.
