Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications for Civil Service appointment.
• Substantial food service and supervision experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and frequently lift 40 pounds.
• Familiarity with commonly used computer software and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Requisition food and supplies.
• Maintain records on inventory, production, and sales.
• Maintain time and payroll records.
• Oversee Free and Reduced Lunch Program.
• Supervise and participate in cleaning and care of kitchen equipment.
• Supervise training of kitchen staff involved in food preparation, cooking and serving.
• Supervise and participate in the preparation and cooking of meals.
