Bay State Community Services (BSCS) is seeking a School Liaison to join our Plymouth, MA team. The School Liaison will work closely with school staff, students, and families to provide support, advocacy, and coordination of services that promote student success both academically and socially.

Responsibilities include serving as the main connection between school and community resources, supporting students with challenges affecting performance, and developing and monitoring student IEPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with youth and families essential.
• Experience with educational systems preferred.
• Experience with group facilitation preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between school, family, and community resources.
• Support students with behavioral, emotional, or social challenges affecting school performance.
• Facilitate communication between families, school staff, and service providers.
• Assist in coordinating student IEPs.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals to community resources.
