Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in the preparation, cooking and serving of meals.
• Ensures adherence to safety and sanitary procedures in the food preparation area.
• Coordinates the activities of workers engaged in preparing and servicing food.
• Coordinates the training of kitchen staff involved in food preparation and serving.
• Oversees and participates in the cleaning of kitchen, service and storage areas, as well as, kitchen equipment.
• Oversees the preservation and storage of foods.
• Assists with the order and inventory.
