Formación

• Direct day-to-day kitchen operations to meet Opaa! standards.
• Ensure safety, health, and HACCP compliance in all activities.
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and production records.
• Coordinate meals transport to satellite buildings where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor food preparation to maintain quality and sanitation.
• Lead daily safety and production meetings with kitchen staff.
• Train staff and ensure FIFO in storage.
• Prepare and submit food and supply orders.
