Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification preferred or required by state regulations.
• Experience in food service operations and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day kitchen operations to meet Opaa! standards.
• Monitor food quality, sanitation, and presentation.
• Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and safety procedures are followed.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and FIFO practices.
