Intuit, Inc. is seeking a school kitchen supervisor for a charter school setting in New York. This on-call role covers a day shift (6:30am–1:30pm) with Monday–Friday schedule and occasional events.

You will coordinate orders, ensure safety compliance, manage inventory, and train staff while maintaining cleanliness and documentation. Candidates should have prior school kitchen experience, strong knowledge of safety standards, and valid NY Food Handler or Serv Safe certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school kitchen or food service setting.
• Valid Food Handler Certification NY or Serv Safe Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations.
• Experience supervising a kitchen in a school preferred.
• On-call position; day shift 6:30am–1:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee food orders and deliveries.
• Ensure food is stored, prepared, and served following safety regulations.
• Monitor and record food temperatures to maintain compliance.
• Maintain inventory and report food supply or equipment needs.
• Train and support kitchen staff on best practices and safety standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following sanitation protocols.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and record-keeping.
