Job summary

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification required.
• Knowledge of USDA meal patterns for school meals.
• Willingness to participate in Food & Nutrition PD classes.
• Able to establish good working relationships with district staff.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and cleanliness per regulations.
• Assist with meal production and daily dishwashing.
• Operate the point of sale (POS) system and handle revenue related tasks.
• Coordinate promotions and assist in events and activities.
