Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold items for all meal periods and events.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized workstation following Sodexo standards.
• Follow recipes and product directions to ensure high-quality food service.
• Estimate food requirements, monitor production, and requisition supplies.
• Walk, stand for extended periods, and handle up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Support kitchen teamwork and food safety/sanitation practices.
