Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant IT support experience preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
• Position: Part-Time, twelve months employment/hourly.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware/software, resolve user inquiries.
• Maintain and update computer systems, apply patches, schedule backups and perform maintenance.
• Set up new computers, configure peripherals, and replace faulty hardware; track inventory.
• Train staff on software and hardware; conduct training sessions or workshops.
• Assist with network management, monitor performance, troubleshoot connectivity and security protocols.
• Document issues, solutions and configurations in ticketing systems or knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with IT team on larger projects, including upgrades or migrations.
