MGRM Pinnacle Inc. (Pinnacle Charter Schools) is seeking an IT Support Technician – School Systems & User Support to be based at our Tempe, Arizona location.

The role provides hands-on and remote technical support to staff and students across our organization, with regular travel to support other Pinnacle Charter Schools locations throughout Arizona. The technician will maintain Windows and Chromebook devices, support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, assist with imaging and deployment, and

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant work experience in computer/network maintenance and desktop support.
• Experience imaging and preparing laptops/desktops for deployment.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Google Workspace, and Chromebook environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse users.

Responsibilities

• Provides IT support for desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, printers, peripherals, classroom technology, and telephone systems.
• First-line problem/outage analysis, triage, and resolution with user-friendly communication.
• Assists with Chromebook setup, deployment, inventory tracking, troubleshooting, and Google Workspace support.
• Imaging, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Windows devices.
• Maintains site-wide inventory and supports staff and students across locations.
