Job summary

MGRM Pinnacle Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician for School Systems & User Support based in Tempe, AZ.

The role provides hands-on and remote technical assistance to staff and students across Pinnacle Charter Schools, with regular travel to other Arizona locations. Responsibilities include supporting desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, and Google Workspace/O365, diagnosing issues, imaging devices, and developing user guides.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; credible experience may substitute.
• Two years of relevant work experience in computer/network maintenance or desktop support.
• Experience imaging and deploying laptops/desktops.
• Working knowledge of LAN, wireless networking, and peripherals.
• Google Workspace/Chromebook support experience or related certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, printers, and classroom technology.
• First-line problem/outage analysis, triage, and resolution.
• Assist with Chromebook setup, deployment, inventory tracking, and Google Workspace support.
• Maintain site-wide inventory and help desk ticket coordination.
