Zusammenfassung

Inspiroz is seeking a driven, detail-oriented School Technology Specialist to join our on-site IT support team in Washington DC and Baltimore. You will support day-to-day technology needs across Inspiroz’ charter school portfolio, working under a Service Delivery Manager with regular collaboration from remote support in India.

Key responsibilities include on-site issue resolution, workstation and network maintenance, thorough troubleshooting, and clear communication with clients and the remote

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications in a technology field.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Experience with Active Directory and network concepts.
Hardware repair and on-site installation experience.
Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage or similar ticketing systems.

Aufgaben

Lead on-site technical support and issue resolution.
Install, repair, and maintain workstations, network gear, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot to identify root causes and coordinate with remote team.
Communicate status and requirements clearly to clients and team.
Maintain documentation and time entries in the ticketing system.
Stay current with education-technology trends and best practices.
