Job summary
Inspiroz is seeking a driven School Technology Specialist contractor to join our on-site IT support team in Washington DC. You will support day-to-day technology across Inspiroz’ charter school portfolio, working under the Service Delivery Manager and coordinating with our remote support partners.
The role requires strong Windows and Mac troubleshooting, AD, networking basics, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications in technology.
- 1–2 years of Tier 1–2 technical support experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support at Inspiroz charter schools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Coordinate with remote IT support team via ConnectWise.
- Document issues and actions for timely resolution.
