Inspiroz is seeking a driven School Technology Specialist to join our on-site IT support team in Washington DC and Baltimore. You will support day-to-day technology across Inspiroz’s charter school portfolio and collaborate with our remote support team to resolve issues effectively.

The role requires strong customer service, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to manage on-site installations, repairs, and ticketing with attention to detail.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent certifications.
• 1–2 years of Tier 1–2 technical support experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Technical support and problem resolution on-site for charter school tech environments.
• Manage on-site installation, repairs, and maintenance for workstations, network equipment and peripherals.
• Act as liaison between on-site operations and remote IT support teams (e.g., India).
• Provide clear updates to clients and document issues for remote troubleshooting.
• Track time and ticket progress using company tools and processes.
