Responsibilities

• Assists with break/fix of hardware and peripherals.
• Performs desk side support and software installation as needed.
• Reads schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals to guide repairs.
• Maintains inventory of electronic components for timely repairs.
• Addresses Help Desk tickets and work orders daily.
• Documents repairs and actions taken for records.
