You’ll manage Paycom HRIS workflows, maintain records, and contribute to employee lifecycle activities across departments. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a customer service or HR setting, a bachelor’s degree, and strong problem solving with MS Office, Google tools, and AI literacy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer service oriented or HR environment
• Paycom or HRIS experience preferred
• Independent school environment preferred
• Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google, AI

Responsabilités

• Supports School’s mission and policies; adheres to handbook
• Delivers exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels
• Supports Benefits and Wellness initiatives
• Contributes to HR projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Assists HR Manager in overseeing employee lifecycle stages
• Manages job requisitions and onboarding workflows with HR team
• Facilitates recruitment via Paycom system and candidate correspondence
• Supports onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
• Oversees DOT and MVR record compliance; communicates pre-employment drug testing requirements
• Administers FDLE fingerprint reprinting workflow and maintains compliance docs
• Processes employment verification requests promptly
• Maintains HR portal content on mypinecrest
• Maintains HR records in line with laws
• Provides data analytics and interdepartmental support
• Escalates inequities or policy misapplications as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
