KIPP Atlanta Schools is seeking a Human Resources Associate to execute day-to-day HR functions across employee records, data management, engagement activities, and compliance. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will serve as a frontline resource for staff, ensuring confidentiality and timely responses while supporting large-scale HR events.

Responsibilities cover HR inquiries, HRIS data integrity, background checks, policy communication, and audits.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 13 years of experience in Human Resources or a HR-adjacent administrative role.
• HRIS platforms experience and data accuracy preferred.
• Experience in a school district, charter network, or education-based organization.

• Serve as a first point of contact for HR inquiries with professionalism and timeliness.
• Maintain and monitor the HR inbox and employee resources.
• Support HR events such as open enrollment and staff engagement activities.
• Manage the Substitute Vendor Partnership for their portfolio of schools.
