Job summary

Atlanta International School in Atlanta, GA, seeks a People & Culture Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and benefits administration with high-quality, compliant, and employee-centered services on-site.

As part of the People and Culture team, you will collaborate with leadership and staff to promote a positive employee experience, manage HRIS tasks, and ensure accurate records while upholding AIS values and safeguarding practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Mandatory experience with ADP Workforce Now (2–3 years).
• HR experience as Coordinator/Generalist (2–3 years).
• Proficiency with MacBook hardware and macOS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise and counsel managers and staff on People & Culture policies.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation for a seamless experience.
• Process HR documentation and personnel records updates.
• Manage HRIS-related inquiries and system access issues.
• Respond to payroll inquiries in partnership with Payroll.
• Support employee relations and conflict resolution.
