Job summary

Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School (ANCS) seeks an HR Coordinator to serve as the primary on-site HR operator under the HR Director. You will independently manage payroll processing, TRS monthly reporting, CPI state reporting, benefits administration, background checks, recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding, attendance tracking, and personnel records management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least a portion in a school, charter school, or nonprofit environment strongly preferred.
• Associate’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience considered.
• Experience with ADP or a similar payroll/HRIS platform strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with TRS reporting, CPI state reporting, and Georgia charter school HR practices a plus.
