Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance, repairs, general installations, and preventative tasks under supervisor.
• Repairs and maintains floors, walls, ceilings, and fixtures; paints and patchwork as needed.
• Operates equipment for woodwork, furniture, flooring, and related repairs.
• Performs minor inspections of work and building conditions under supervision.
• Cleans worksites, hauls debris, and ensures tools and materials are stored properly.
• Must be present on-site during regular business hours and as needed.
