Job summary

Charter Schools USA is seeking a Regional Manager of Facilities to lead and coordinate facilities operations across multiple campuses. You will ensure preventive maintenance, budgeting, and contract compliance while supporting school districts and governing agencies. Travel between sites and out-of-state coordination are expected.

The role requires a strong background in facilities management, budgeting, and vendor oversight, with a focus on safety, compliance, and capital project administration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of property/facilities management experience or construction trade experience.

• May perform other duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Supervisor with scheduling and tracking work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Assist VP of Facilities with day-to-day operations of multiple facility portfolios.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain budgets for repairs, maintenance and capital improvements.
• Coordinate contracts, bids, and vendor performance for multiple locations.
• Ensure building codes and safety standards compliance with authorities.
