Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED. Four years of experience operating boiler/chiller plants or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security) and safety procedures.
• Ability to interpret instructions, follow procedures, and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems and building equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service on plant equipment.
• Record readings, inspect for irregularities, and report issues to supervisor.
• Create work orders for maintenance needs and document activities.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and maintain clean, safe work zones.
