Job summary

The Plant Maintenance Engineer at the State of Minnesota will provide professional building maintenance services to ensure State-owned facilities are clean, safe, efficient, and environmentally sound. You will operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, heating, cooling, and pneumatic systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support contracted service work to sustain reliable operations.

Qualifications

• First Class C Engineer's License is required.
• Valid Class D Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, heating, cooling, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair building equipment.
• Monitor building automation systems and boilers/chillers.
• Support contracted service work and ensure OSHA compliance.
