Responsibilities

• Coordinates and organizes cleaning, grounds care, and minor maintenance for one facility.
• Responds to emergencies on a 24/7 call basis.
• Inspects facility for proper use of staff time and materials.
• Manages budget for the assigned facility, including operations, supplies, and overtime.
• Enforces labor agreements and district procedures; handles disciplinary actions.
• Maintains building and equipment; coordinates with Facility Maintenance for major repairs.
• Ensures safety and security; coordinates fire drills and emergency procedures.
• Provides reports on building conditions and inspection results.
