Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate a crew of 8+ facility and custodial staff.
• Plan and direct daily housekeeping, groundskeeping, and routine upkeep.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and safety protocols for the campus.
• Manage site budgets, vendor relationships, and equipment selection.
• Coordinate staffing for campus events and emergencies.
