Qualifications

• Must be available on-call 24/7 for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities/equipment and perform routine repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
• Supervise maintenance staff and custodians; schedule and oversee work.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with vendors 24/7.
• Maintain logs and records (logs, databases, inspections, reports).
• Develop contracts and oversee outside contractors; manage budget and supplies.
• Create on-demand maps/views in AutoCAD for facility layouts.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA-related requirements.
