West Michigan Janitorial is seeking a School Evening Custodian/Janitor (On-Call) at Black River to maintain clean facilities after school hours.

The role requires no previous experience, the ability to stand and walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and to pass background checks and fingerprinting. Shift is 5:00pm–9:00pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call hours not guaranteed.

Candidates will clean restrooms, restock supplies, wipe surfaces, and operate basic cleaning equipment.

• Empty trash receptacles
• Wipe down hard surfaces
• Sweep, mop floors

Requirements of the Custodian/Janitor:

• No Experience/No Problem!
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK & FINGERPRINTING

Custodians/Janitors have daily exposure to cleaning solutions.

Shift: 5:00pm to 9:00pm (Monday through Friday)

This is an on-call evening opportunity. Hours are not guaranteed every day.
