Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interprets transcripts for conformance with grading and credit systems.
• Verifies credits earned to fulfill graduation requirements.
• Enters data into student information database (tests, immunizations, records).
• Maintains records of completed coursework, grades, and academic achievements.
• Assists teachers with information for student academic planning.
• Notifies administrators of credit deficiencies or unusual placements.
• Liaises with schools to obtain relevant student records/files.
• Conducts pre-enrollment interviews with students and parents.
• Processes requests for transcripts and verifications from students and other districts.
• Prepares general, statistical, and special reports for management.
• Attends student and school events.
• Participates in staff meetings and adheres to attendance policies.
