You will collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with Board of Education and HR objectives while delivering top-tier customer service to students, families, employees and leaders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates confidentiality in all HR matters.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and planning abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in HR operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support in HR.
• Coordinate and support hiring processes for various roles.
• Process background checks and leave/leave-related tasks.
• Maintain and audit personnel files for compliance.
• Support onboarding of new staff and data entry in HR systems.
• Assist with policy projects and HR data retrieval.
